Runless for 10 Days

After a whole 10 days of not running, I ran a bit longer than usual to make up for it and maybe as a way of punishing my slothy self.

"What do you mean 'whipping' isn't the only way to punish yourself?"
Now the days are getting longer I'm hoping I can set a timetable to stick to with actual progression plans and all that. Failing that, at least I can run more regularly as I'm just running occasionally at the moment. Possibly because it's so cold and dark when I get home from work.
This guy might be on to something...
As previously mentioned, yesterday I ran around North London for a few miles,

4.63 miles, but who's counting?
Which, when compared to two weeks ago...

...shows that even though I didn't do any runs for 10 days, I didn't lose anything pace wise, which is nice.
So all I have to do is start running more regularly, or stop running and stay at the level I am (that's how it works, right?)

As I will be running a half marathon for Save the Children, I am asking for donations. Every penny  will give me the motivation and inspiration to keep on running!
And to add further insight into my training, here is a song from my running playlist,
Stone Sour- Road Hogs
